Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the size is not right or you have changed your mind, here you will find all the information you need to make an exchange or a return.

  

Size Exchange (Free of Charge)

You can exchange your item for a different size easily and free of charge within 14 working days from the delivery of the goods.

How to proceed:

  1. Send an email to our Customer Service at info@mirtylla.com requesting the exchange. Please clearly specify in the text:

    • The item being returned (briefs and/or top) and the size to be sent back.

    • The requested item (briefs and/or top) and the new desired size.

  2. Prepare the package: Print the confirmation email we will send you and place it inside the parcel along with the product. Make sure the package is securely sealed and protected.

  3. Manage the collection: You will receive an email from the GLS courier containing a link to manage the shipment in total autonomy. You can choose whether to book a pickup directly from your home or drop off the parcel at a GLS parcel shop.

  4. What happens next? Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will proceed with shipping the new product in the requested size, at no additional cost to you.

  

Returns & Refunds

If you instead wish to return the product and receive a refund, you may exercise your Right of Withdrawal within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. You can manage the procedure in total autonomy without needing to send an email beforehand.

How to proceed:

  1. Download and print the form: Download the form to make a return

  2. Fill out the form: Enter your details, order number, returned products, and choose your preferred refund method.

  3. Prepare the package: Place the completed form inside the package along with the products.

  4. Apply the address onto the package: Inside the printed form, you will find a convenient dashed box with the pre-filled shipping address. Simply cut it out and paste it onto the outside of your parcel.

  5. Ship the goods: Hand over the package to a courier of your choice or take it to a post office. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

The delivery remains under your responsibility until the package is received at our facility (we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service). To review all regulatory details, please consult our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

  

⚠️ Important Rules for Acceptance (Exchanges & Returns)

For hygiene reasons and to ensure your request is accepted, we kindly ask you to strictly comply with the following conditions (also stated inside the PDF form):

  • Hygiene Check: Always try on products over your own underwear. Stained items or garments showing signs of wear will not be eligible for a refund or exchange under any circumstances.

  • Product Condition: We only accept items that are unworn, unwashed, unused, and undamaged.

  • Packaging and Tags: Products must be returned inside their original packaging, complete with the identification tag intact and still attached to the garment.
